Try the same think but with you swiss balls. Its incredible but quite tricky I can only do 3 or 4 before I lose my balance anyway just something to try for fun :) Good work by the way!

That's an amazing set-up in that you are working at least four groups at the same time (tri's, pecs, abs, inner leg abductors) plus stabilizing the whole situation with your core. If you do another shoot, can you show the harnessing arrangement up top? Attached to building supports? A fight gym/punching bag frame? Looks pretty intense--do many students try it?
Thanks. This exercise required a LOT of concentration. The straps are attached to the building supports. Although we run a TRX class, no one is quite ready for this exercise!
