Does it mean one can legally spy if he or she officially informs the AG about the intention to spy? And 10 years and so much taxpayers money during those 10 years spent on surveying some "soccer team" of unprofessional, stupid and moronic spies.....
@arakhachatran I guess so. I was wondering about that myself. When I asked the question to someone else, they said that spies can be in our country for other reasons, not to actually spy. If they notify the AG they can come for work and vacations! hahaha... crazy huh! But, honestly I don't know if that's true, it's only one of the answers I got to the question,
@Carrie3570 SO many honest people can not get visas to visit their dying relatives here in USA because they can not prove that they wouldnt stay in the country (you have to be rich in your original country to prove that nothing can keep in in USA). These imbeciles had no problem in getting their green cards, SSN (some of them I am sure are citizens of USA). They even managed to enter the country with fake identities and fake Irish passports!
@Carrie3570 "Murphies" told their neighbors that they have "Belgian" accents......Murphy with Russian accent who claims to be Belgian....And the entire neighborhood trusted them!!! Some of them got high positions at colleges and newspapers as professors and journalists. This means they had prestigious protectors and lobbyists.And during these 10 years only 11 of them are cought....What a circus.
The answer is old school russian bureaucrats and corruption... it takes money and budgets to run these people.. Some old school spy master (not so smart but very corrupt) was milking it..
