Yep, that was a pretty high potato to *everything* else ratio, LOL. I probably would have made it with about half that amount of potatoes and I love potatoes too.

This is actually the second night. I made it in a crock pot the night before. I used two pounds of beef and about FOUR pounds of potatoes cause I wanted to use up the taters. mmmmmmmmm
