they are NOT signed or in negotiations with warner. i am an engineer at the studio they record all their music at so i know what is happening. They are perhaps signing with BMG (Sony) in Australia but they are unsure because theyre doing really well for an unsigned unsupported band, especially with mates like TBE and the Vool. however Universal Music in USA has recently given them $50,000 to make a music video for one of their songs so theyre pretty sure they'll sign with Universal in USA.

Karnivool are heavier and are probably the most talented band in Australia, like as good as Tool and Dream Theater. But both Dead Letter Circus and Karnivool both rock!

wow somebody has been practicing Ian Kenny moves in the mirror. These guys lead the pack of Karnivool clone bands out there. The music is great, the band looks great but let's face it, there are 100's of bands that could have written this music and nobody would be able to tell who wrote what if their name wasn't attached to it. They are extremely talented but will always be middle-of-the-road if unless they really show off a uniqueness to 'the pack'. I hope they do well, and do it differently.
