175w is what the falcon uses. So maybe during the transition from falcon to jasper, they decided to use the same psu for whatever reason.

Also, for the manufacturer date, people like to say to try and aim for a 360 that is made in 09, since it guarantees a Jasper but I say go more with the 12,1A Amp indication since mine is manufactured in Nov. of 08 and still a Jasper.

As for Elites, do not trust new bundles. Here in Canada, they released a GTA:IV Bundle which i checked out with the barcode trick and it was a ZEPHYR, (with a 16,5A rating) not even a Falcon. Most Elites now are repackaged and older, so don't trust Elites for now.

Yeup, that's what I meant by the 12,1A rating on the 360 itself. On the cardboard box, before opening because most likely you will not be allowed to open the box before buying it, there is a small slit that is open for the cashier to scan the barcode.  To the left of this slit, if you peer down you may be able to see the 12V --->12,1A , 5V.... part of the rating. The most important part to see is the 12,1 AMPS. You may have to dig your finger into the cardboard to find it, like I did.

Yes, it will say 150W for the voltage output on the actual power brick itself. 150W guarantees you a Jasper along with the 12,1 A rating on the 360 itself, but some Jaspers might ship with 175W power bricks as Microsoft needs to get rid of old stocks. Either way, Jasper is the way to go.

I know its a PRO 360 Bundle with a 60GB because that's whats included in the premium package.

As for the Jasper part of it, i just made sure console used 12,1 A, which i had to dig into the package to find out. Also my power brick only needs 150W. Both clear indications of a Jasper model 360.

Jasper is the same CPU as the falcon. The only difference is the 65nm GPU process. Otherwise not much difference, the jasper will run cooler and faster though because of the improved gpu.

all models arcade, premium/pro, and the elite have same hardware and guts. only elite has a 120hdd. most likely the elites won't have it. like when the falcons came, elites were last to be equipped with it. but some arcades already have the jasper, so your choice. most likely elites are still gonna be falcon currently

the 20 gb was discontinued because with the new "xbox experience" dashboard, you can download games from disk to decrease loading times and make the game run more sufficient. but for a 20gb, 6-7 gb is already used by the console. so you only have 13gb for memory. and downloading games on the new dashboard require about 6-7 gb. thats only like 6gb left! which is why most likely they increased the hdd size. and your rite, they are trying to get rid of the falcons first. the arcades have it though.
