The vitiligo made him look different, on top of that he had alot of make up on which of course changes the way you look, he didn't have as many surgeries as people may believe, they deliberately show photos in which he looks quite different to create a sharp contrast so people think 'OMG whats he done to his face?!!" but take a look at more of his photos and you'll see he doesn't look as 'different' to his younger days as they say. Media exaggerates the hell outta things
