i would like to start off by saying, you are one of the best musicians on youtube! but i have a question for you. I used to be in love with SGs but i have noticed lately that my playing style calls for a Les Paul. I love this guitar. I was wondering if i should get this one, or go for a les paul studio? i have been playing for three years now and i think i am good enough for a gibson. my guitar that i use now is an epiphone g-400 silverburst. i trust your opinion, please answer

You seem to get the same basic sound no matter what solid body guitar you play. Seems like what they say is true...that the tone and "your sound" is more in your hands than in the guitar, what strings you use, etc.

@BolFelix when you play the blues it's a part of your life. Other styles or great but if you like the blues you dont need no other.
