@kellytirman: Thank you for your quick response. Can you tell me if the shea butter is refined or unrefined? Because I sent an e-mail to them asking precisely that, but so far no answer. Unrefined shea butter is the best shea butter you can have. There's another brand, called Out of Africa, which sells unrefined shea butter, but does not have USDA Organic seal.
Hi I too have sent them an email to ask that very same question and I too have not had any response from them what so ever !
This type of bad customer service makes me very suspicious of the product. Let us know if you get a reply and I will do the same. Until I do get a response from them I will assume THE PRODUCT IS HIGHLY REFINED !!!
@joakim46 depends how you use it. I have had one on my desk that has lasted me several months (& I think it will be another two months b4 it is gone). I use a pea sized amount a few times a day and rub it into my hands and elbows.
The one my bathroom goes faster (maybe every 2 or 3 months). I use it on my legs, hair, face, feet, etc. Not only does a little go a long way but I personally love Organic Essence because it is a small local company with very earth-friendly business practices.

@kellytirman: How much time do you think this product will last with daily usage? I'm asking that because it's not that cheap.
