look, I know for a fact that bemba got his fortune by suspicious means. Yes he was into business prior to the 1st war in 1996, he was the owner of a telecommunication company (COMCELL) which went bankrupt. he did various other small things that could not have got him where he is now (300million$ according to some sources). you could said that it was his millionaire father who gave him a hand, but considering that he is now many times richer than his dad I sincerely doubt that.
