  • @mickipedia You're probably the most beautiful atheist girl i've ever seen, i swear!

  • Im also an entrepreneur. Its nice to have videos of someone going thru the process and experience. Its like having a virtual comunity.

  • Awesome vid! Thanks!! You're great, I'm an entrepeneur at Valencia, Venezuela!! Cheers and good luck!!

  • So, did you see room in a market and enter it? What made you decide to start up this site? I keep looking for opportunities to start something, but haven't really seen anything crop up. For me, the hardest thing is to crunch the numbers and not let the numbers crunch my hopes and dreams of starting a company.

  • I agree that people are unfocused with too many ideas and concerns, and are overwhelmed because they fail to break everything down into small steps and prioritize them, so they do nothing.

  • Micki is such a strumpet.

  • @anthwhite91 - are you sure you know what a "strumpet" is?

  • @anthwhite91

Do you know what that word means?

  • Nice video, hope you can upload videos more often XD

  • classy...

  • As a business major, I'm sure I will learn something from this series that will be useful somewhere down the line, if not in one of my college classes. =) Thank you n' looking forward to more.

  • make more atheist vidoes

  • Atheists who own their own businesses are more powerful.

  • I can't wait for more videos about entrepreneurship, it will be great to get first hand advice from you. It will be interesting if you talked about bootstrapping, if you have experience with doing it that way. Thanks :)

  • @deakaztv Sure do. I'll talk about that more!

  • Hmm, this should be interesting. I run a web design company. "Company" is used pretty loosely here as I'm the only employee.

  • wow your business looks really cool. Does it really work efficiently? Like are people honest and co-operative?

  • @SadisticMonkey336 Spend a few minutes on it and let me know what you think. It's totally designed to support positive behavior!

  • I'm glad you decided to make more videos! And its also on a topic I'm very interested in. Thanks again Micki.

    :)

  • Wow, Mickipedia is making videos again. Huzzah! Wait, I'm thinking of a different company.

Anyway, Mickipedia, I hope that you have fun making videos again.

  • Micki is mad hot.

  • Chuckle, reading the comments here is just so draining. Thank you for the link, and your volg.

  • every time i see you on the internet you remind me of making love to myself

  • You know what? Paying taxes just doesn't feel right. I think I'll disregard that one.

  • Micki you are really pretty.

  • your hair's rocking my world.

  • Heck yes! Looking forward to your upcoming videos. I'm always looking for first-hand advice on running your own business. I've owned one before and I'm looking to do it again.

  • Such impeccable timing... worst economic disaster in american history...

  • Sounds like some good practical advice there Ms. Mickipedia....

To be honest you could make video's talking about cardboard boxes and I would still watch, as you are absolutely gorgeous.

Not meaning to sound patronising! You make some interesting video's - keep them coming :-)

  • Welcome back, Micki.

  • she's just so lovely, i can barely concentrate on what she's saying lol.

  • Good to see you again, and you rock! :D

  • How do you know that you've done every single piece of tax and legal documentation?

What happens if you honestly forget something?

  • @TheOtherSide100 Then you're in trouble and will pay penalties.

Truthfully, I would go to your local public library, and ask someone at the Information desk (not the checkout desk) for the latest SBA information.

They'll set you on the right path. ^.^

  • Will do that. My biggest fear is that I've forgotten ONE form, or forgot to carry the "1," and so some agency swoops in, takes everything, and sues me for "lying."

For me, creative ideas are easy. It's the administrative stuff that is scary.

  • When in doubt, retain a lawyer or get Legal Insurance. ^.^

  • yeah it's a really good idea to get a good lawyer and a good tax person. it's the one case where it makes sense to pay the money to protect you later. that said, in the beginning, if you don't have money coming in yet, you don't have to worry too much about taxes and the penalties are usually minimal. They'll let you know if you owe them something!

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH
