  • not everyone does wieghts to get huge.. he probs just does it for a little more strength and to be a little more muscly, tbh i think if someones to big it looks stupid anyways.. most heavy body builders id class as disabled cause i guarantee the size of there muscles prevent them doing normal stuff in life.. good form man, maybe up the wieght abit tho cause that many reps aint possible if ur lifting a decent amount.

  • yes with2 dumbells you can use the same techniques as he does but lie on some kind of bence, or do what i do and place a wooden board on 2 chairs and lay on that lol. ox

  • to gain weight u have to make at about between 5 and 8 reps so take the good weight

  • I agree with hlalli17...increase the weight and lower the reps. also, lower the bench so you can isolate your upperchest more...maybe have a spotter for some forced reps to failure...keep up the hard work.

  • I agree with bollock about the executions. Do some bench press as you get stronger.

  • those incline chest fly's are bad exucutions!! you should lower the bench to flat its a lot more safer..
