That woman cop is Awesome! that had to be scarey chasing guy down dark alley by herself. he took her taser she probably would have had to use deadly force if the other officers hadnt shown up. that head camera really shows you what its like out there for a cop. NICE!!
Then after the dust settled the police supervisors checked all the responding officers car cameras to start enforcing policy and procedure. I wonder how fast they would want a cop to respond if they got on the radio and yelled for help?

A taser doesn't need to make contact with skin. as long as the arc hits you. One prong must not have connected.
