I did after I read your comment..It's not better at all. He sacrifices many of the high notes because he doesn't have Sting's range, and becaue of that his voice doesn't produce the same amount of feeling and atmosphere that this song is so great for. He does it well, but I think it's a bit of a stretch to say he does it better than The Police do...
