The tomb itself was never made into a place of worship so even today there are different opinions about which is the right location. Jesus taught that such things were not what's important-that one's relationship with God and obedience to His teachings matters. Jesus is alive anyways so I don't think there's a real need to honour his grave or where he went to synagogue, etc.. I think that the location in the cemetery in Jerusalem sounds like what's written in the Bible.
