@myaseenl There is currently no jailbreak for the iPhone 4S, just lower models, but when one is released I will certainly put up a tutorial and some how-to videos on what your trying to do. To use themes and widgets you must be jailbroken. It should be released fairly soon and I will make multiple videos about it.

Also, I know this video was posted back in Aug, but just so everyone else can see, the SBSettings is not compatible with Notification Centre, and you should also update your SBSettings theme to get cleaner icons rather than the Pixellated one which they designed for iPhone 3
