@OoohWaaayy you mean transferred? he made a stencil using stencil paper which is a plastic sheet with a certain kinda powder coated on it that when you put a drawing up against it and trace over the drawing the powder coats onto the backside of the drawing then once they shave the spot the tattoo is going they clean it with soap and dampen the spot push the stencil up against it and the damp spot absorbs the powder onto the skin and makes a stencil
