Yes, this work is "Waves of the Danube" composed by Iosif Ivanovici. In Vietnamese the title was transalted as "Sóng Đa-nuýp". The one composed by Johann Strauss was "the Blue Danube" - "Dòng Đa-nuýp xanh" in Vietnamese.

In fact, Iosif Ivanovici was baptised as Yovan Ivanovich. He was born in Temishvar to Serbian parents.
