"debug_camera_save" press enter. then type "debug_camera_load"

and you have the third person view. to lower your weapon.......... JUST LOOK

ALL THE WAY DOWN. your head will come back up

ok, to get rid of HUD, you just need to type show_hud 0

then for the camera(without the download of devcam) is debug_camera_save and then debug_camera_load (you need alldev for all that)

It's better to use Custom Edition, because even if your trying to record the campaign, you can download all of it from the Halo CE website. I'm pretty sure devmode isn't allowed on the regular game, because when I tried it with alldev on, it never worked. So I think you have to use Custom Edition, or find away to use dev in the regular game.
