There is plenty of AF careers involved in the rescue community. There are HC-130P that include Pilots, Navs, Loadmasters, Flight Engineers, and Radio Operators. There are also rotary wing (helos) and Pjs. What you are watching is a crew compliment of a gunner (wearing a special mask), PJ's, Flight Engineer, Pilot/Co-Pilot, and possibly a flying crew chief (depending on the mission).

dude if you're going to still be out there, instead of using a RED or an XL use an XH A1. It's portability and capabilities are great for fast shooting and it's really light weight.
