  • the music is bosh

  • whats the song?

  • 0:35 Meanwhile in Teletubbieland

  • I have to agree. I look up other star wars battles and they are relatively untouched. Haven't seen the naboo battle in ages and it's been edited over. People need to leave the videos alone and only just cut out bits that aren't necessary

  • This music fits terribly. This battle scene scene was more a laugh than anything, like childrens tv war.

  • @Pentdad The ACTUAL scene, I enjoyed. I love the battle of benny hill. The slow thrull of the heavy brass as you see the giant battalions of droids all rise at once, and realize even as wimpy as they look those weapons could burn a hole through any party of your body easily. Yeah...Not so childish to me lol. The gungans fought, it's just jar jar that's childish.

  • @Zurezule To fight the army of toy robots we just need a champion bowling team. Lucas actually wanted to make them look flimsy and useless- which shows how much he knows about building tension and dread... Me and you are better film makers than Lucas.

  • @Pentdad He did not, and your looking at this from a negative view. You again fail to realize that the entire army has weapons that can bore through almost anything with one shot. If you OR I were better movie makers than Lucas WE would be the ones with an entire legacy, not him.

  • @Zurezule Watch the making of parts on the DVD. He did want the robots to look kinda pathetic. But yes, you are right they do have powerful weapons... Which to my knowledge never took down a target in the entire 3 movies. Great tension building. And sure, go back 10 years and hes still a legend (star wars, Indiana jones etc) but no longer dude. The prequals were let downs and crystal skull was one of the biggest dissapointments commited to film.

  • @Pentdad To first address, they never took down a target? Their weapons are that of the blaster in general, what your saying is the same to say a blaster has never taken down a target. I've seen many scenes in the first second AND third movie where someone was killed by a blaster. Not even ten years dude, while I can see you are among the group that disliked the prequels I found it to be rather well done. Episode one was amazing, from the acting quality to the plot line.

  • @Pentdad Then we arrive to episode two. While I dislike Hayden Christensen as an actor, this doesn't ruin the entire movie. There were MANY good scenes, and Temuera Morrison was absolutely great at performing Jengo Fett. The battles and fights in that movie were well done, and delivered quite a punch. Episode three, our closer. People disliked it because Anakin was having whiny bitch syndrome, tough shit. THAT was part of a plot. Dont blame the actor. Episode three had almost no flaws at all.

  • @Zurezule Well my friend I never said they were 'bad' films, they were just dissapointing. The one part of the entire series that really got my interest and really entertained me was the Gladiator style stadium battle. I think we needed more imagination like that (of which there was loads in the original films, the AT AT battle just one of many examples) and much less talking on sofas and tedius lightsaber battles. I mean did these movies really keep you firmly entertained? Didnt you ever yawn?

  • @Pentdad Actually no, not once. The thing is though its a story, a visual story. There are going to be seens where people are just standing around talking. There are going to be scenes good sir where things are explained whilst not in combat. As for Tedius lightsaber battles, i can not imagine every light saber battle ever ended in a few seconds, but I CAN imagine if most of the ones in the movies had people would be let down.

  • @Zurezule You can do exposition scenes different ways. If you watch all the movies, see how many scenes have characters sat down on sofas, or walking aimlessly (and slowly) as they discuss what is going on. There are too many scenes like this in the films, and I think it was probably the major problem. Lucas had a great imagination for the action sequences, but when it comes to talking everything was so bland, boring, and one-paced. It let the movies down.

  • @Pentdad A movie cant be ALL action. These are realistic things, and are only to be expected. How many movies, are the talking scenes always fun or intense? None, because it's not going to happen. There will always be scenes like that where people "walk around" or "sit on couches" when they talk. Do you expect them to always be running to dodge attacks or in combat when talking? This is realistic and called plot manegment. It's also alot harder to follow when combat is going on, to focus on it.

  • @Zurezule lol dude, watch Godfather, or Jurassic Park, or wait... watch the original Star Wars movies for how talking parts can be done well! I don't remember too many sofa scenes in Empire Strikes Back!
