  • Did a bit of pit crewing on the North on Friday Morning of race day putting new tank on and fueling. Chris is a great guy and the bike is awesome believe the engine came from Aus or New Zealand I think met the guy who,s engine it was awesome

Been watching Rob North Triples since 1971 there isnt a sound like it and after 40 years managed to get one myself see her posted on here under robnorth13 etc

So hard luch on Race day Chris and the Guys and of course Les Whistan next year eh ?

  • Nice down shifts! smooth blips! :o)

  • Yep its a stock primary and a road 5 speed gearbox with a high first gear, Chris does the Cregg on all his bikes in first for a quick exit.

  • superb ... god knows what revs he's pulling when he cogs down ... but a lot ...

in the second clip of the triple .... the gearbox must be very close ratio bunging it down 4 gears into the Creg and that's not first he's in when he comes around the corner so must be a P&M six speed ... but in the picture at the beginning looks to be a stock primary and not the belt drive ... so may be a P&M 6 speed can be used with a stock primary ??? anyone know the answer?

  • bloody glorious!

  • Top!! Real Trident power!!!
