a little word about Noel... he commented that if the player has speed and moves then the coach will manytimes overlook their personal defects. this statement is accurate considering Noel. Look up his history. When he was a Junior he was kicked off the team for unsportsmanlike conduct. He had 2 kids by different mothers. He was recruited by Deion Sanders in hopes of rehab, but Noel stole Deion's car and bolted for the party scene instead.
