  • I like this game... it's awesome...

  • .... It's Dragon Age.... I like it all. ^-^

  • So why is this trailer with age restrictions i did not see anything offensive and sexual

  • Whats better, this one or the assassin dlc? they both look good but im not sure i want to download both lol

  • @1amRy4n I dont hear good things about the assassin dlc.

  • @1amRy4n I've played both, but I prefer Legacy

  • Gamlen can go suck an egg

  • Will the story make sense or will it be worth it to buy this DLC after I already finished the main game?

  • i only bought this for the warden armour lol

  • Looks awesome!!! Now if i could just activate it!!!!!!

  • This DLC is actually fully worth the money I paid. Only gripe was that it was too short...and I felt that way due to how awesome it was!

  • Comment removed

  • yesterday finished it. final battle was awesome!

cant wait for last dlc :) keep it up bioware

  • The trailer made this look bad.. But it was actually better than DA2

  • Good DLC, can't wait for the next one :)

  • IGN Will One Day Rick Roll Us

  • Is this expansion any good? I quit DA2 a while to play mass effect and i dont want to get this and be disapointed

  • i have finished dragon age 2 in 1 week

and now i wait dragon age 2:legacy

  • SPOILER ALLERT!

when I playde DA2 legacy dlc it all made things clear. the Architect and the "darkspawn" in legacy are two of the four tervinter mages who destroyed the golden city of the maker. The first of the Darkspawn.

  • I finished Legacy not so long ago. Before playing i didnt like DA2 too much. But with this DLC bioware has amazed me again. The story was great and i found the dungeons quite nice.

  • @Honfi00 how long did you play legacy because i am thinking of buying it but if it is only 2 hours of gaming i am not

  • @NR1WOWDWARF 5 maybe 6 hours at best i guess. It is not much but the story is really great (worthy of origins in my opinion) There are some interesting dialogues in it which makes the game even better. I believe it is worth buying it.

  • Hey guys,

    I have a problem:

I bought dragon age legacy installed it etc. and also installed the new patch.

Now the problem is that I can't play it. There no quest for it and there's also no memento statue in my house. Does anyone know what the problem is.

I play dragon age 2 on pc.

    greetz.

    Thoorop

  • i like both tho i like origins more by story and 2 more by combat style :)

  • I liked both :P no point complaining

  • @Tr3yK1Ng

You suck dude wannabe internet gangster.

    You're probably not even 16

And i wonder why you're parents even want you to play this game so

    STFU & GTFO

  • What the fuck is EA doing using fucking royalty free stock music from VideoCopilot for their trailers? And then at the end again VideoCopilot Action Essentials blood spurts? Holy shit it's great stuff btu you'd think a fuckin bajilion dollar company could mutter up a little more than that..

  • Im going to go ahead and take a wild guess: This 'ultimate' bad guy emissary or whatever is hawkes dad.

  • whats the music from 0:42 ???

  • Spoiler:

I don't get the conflict between the warden commander and the warden chick. They both want the same. Release the darkspawn. Okay, they had different plans with it but if she can't control it to fight against the Blight we can still kill it. Always the unnecessary killing. Why is there no way to save everyone?

  • Maybe you guys should actually play the DLC, it's pretty awesome. Better than most DA:O DLC.

  • Wait , i dont understand . First EA showed in trailer main character Hawke is mage , then show he is warrior . What is in next trailer ? He is Rogue ? Fuck no ! I will be happy what i chose with Mantle of the Champion ( Mage ) ! My first character was warrior because mage sucked in Origin ( its not interesting ) and he was better with Blood Dragon Armor !

  • Bought all DA:O's DLC except Darkspawn Chronicles. Sorry but DA2 I just do not like enough to ever consider buying ANY DLC for. No amount of Expansions or DLC could get me to play through DA2 ever again.

  • @Roin0525 yea , and stucked in house like baby in baby cadle . Good choise . :P

  • I definitely LOVED Dragon Age: Origins.... can't say the same for Dragon Age II... :/

  • Wow, there are a LOT of long comments here about this DLC... Oh...wait...

  • Doesn't look like anyone's talking about the DLC.

    It was pretty good.

  • Cant understand DA2 haters. In my opinion real RPG players would look pass recycled dungeons straight to the story. The story and its progress in Dragon Age 2 pwns the hell out of Origins and thats why I personally like DA2 more than DAO.This DLC alone is better than any in DAO crap DLC ( remember Leliana crap song waste of money), except Awakening (but thats expansion, no?).Play this DLC and you will see real Bioware, same Bioware that made Lair of the Shadow Broker so perfect in ME2. GJ!

  • @jebazeclisicu dude the story was why i hated DA2 it was boring and pointless everything ends a certain way no matter what also this dlc sucked how dare you compare it to origins much less mass effect true leliana dlc was kinda stupid but everything else was far better than anything in DA2 What are you 12 or something Are you slow did you eat paint chips as a child i need to know how you could think this way. peope like you are why origins will never have a true sequel it deserves.

  • and one more thing DAO recieved more than 50 award with 30 best of 2009 awards including RPG of the year DA2 hasnt won any hell even the reviewers that gave it good scores said origins story was better. DA2 was a dissapointment and most people agree with me.

  • @Tr3yK1ng could you just shut up and enjoy the games ? you didn't like the second well it's your opinion-- when it comes to forms of entertainment it's really just a matter of opinion not truth, nobody is right or wrong so just stop being so hateful for no reason

  • @WhiVe87 oh im sorry did i hurt your vagina i mean feelings im so very sorry please forgive me. ima little surprised that your ready to cry over a comment next time i wont be so mean so please dont go tell your mom on the mean man that disliked your game on youtube. and when it comes to opinion most people dont like DA2 so cry some more get over it and act like a grown up

  • @Tr3yK1ng i'm not ready to cry that some kids fight over the internet for some pointless games you just bore me a lot and it seems this is everywhere...guys that are insecure with their dick size and trying to gain self confidence by insulting over stupid and pointless subjects and even if 99.9% hated dragon age 2 it will not be a matter of truth but of opinion

  • @WhiVe87 looks like your finger tips are leaking estrogen as you type. you seem like one of those guys that never get laid and spend all day angry at dudes that do im sorry you always got picked last in gym class you prolly one of them gothic panzys that cut themselves and cry, the same guy thats listens to screamo and call it music i aint a kid either fool im 18 years old. self confidence im 5 10 170 pounds and can bench 275 my dick prolly twice the size of yours but it aint sayen much is it

  • @Tr3yK1ng can't type in your native language can you? also you can't tell the difference between goth and emo ? and i'm neither and again with the pointless insults, just because i'm not angry on the internet or don't insult people for no reason actually nevermind good luck debating rpg games that everybody cares about

  • @WhiVe87 lol cool man whatever i aint angry though and i realy dont think there is a difference between gothic and emo but whatever

  • @Tr3yK1ng there is but it doesn't matter

  • facking vett, dragoin age 2 was al dike hack en slash bloedspate vette combat maar deze trailer maakt het dikke shit, ga em zker halen gvd FACKING VETT!

  • Do i need to finish DA:2 to play this DLC because ive formatted my pc i even lost my saves for ME2 DA:origins DA:2 and game that i like?

  • @TheMuSiX30 You can play legacy in Act 1 also if you like. It's possible to play it i all the three acts and you'll get different scenes depending on when you play it. Great for replay purposes =) I've tried Act 3 so far. Next time I'll try Act 2. Ohh... don't do it straight of the boat, lvl up a little before you go. But it will be just fine to do it in Act 1. Cheers =)

  • I liked Baldur's Gate, liked Dragon Age: Origins and I liked Dragon Age II. Don't care what others think because your joy is your own and nobody, I repeat, NOBODY can dictate abother person what to like. If you insist to argue with others about the intricacies of games then by all means, waste your time. I for one don't like the taste of bitterness.

  • @EnigmusBruticus Well said that man, that statement shoots down all fanboys of all walks of life. Full kudos dude.

  • @EnigmusBruticus You are correct sir I am also a Bioware fan (I have every RPG series they made starting from Baldur's gate to everything Dragon age and Mass Effect thinking about playing the Old Republic as I loved Knights of the Old Republic)

  • @EnigmusBruticus How dare you dictate that no one can dictate! lol

  • vagina

  • 128 Likes and my comment is no longer at the top? Bullshit. =(

  • Will this DLC have enemies that spawn out of thin air right next to you?

Also the explosion at 00:36 is hilarious, it almost looks like a cartoon.

  • @BeerTimeGaming dude your prolly right but it got called DA2 so it should have been a sequel not a new story all together.Maby if it got called Dragon age champions rise or something but it didnt they had no reason to change a formula that was working and people loved personaly im glad it got such bad reviews maby next time around they will change it back at least for the most part.honestly to anyone reading this just wait till DA2 lowers its price to about 20$ it aint worth it otherwise.

  • 0:28 to see what maybe the darkspwan thing mentioned

  • proboly the best Game ever made idk whats most ppl`s problem if you have poor mind and no imagination 2 play suck a epic game why bother post a comment ?

  • Is this worth getting?

  • Corypheus looks a lot like the architect from awakenings.

  • Oh and by the way, Oblivion is horrible.

  • It's funny how everyone bashes DA2 for using the same areas over and over and over, yet a game like Oblivion, which had a grand total of 5 dungeon types (caves, ruins, forts, sewers and the plane of Oblivion) reused 80 Bazillion times is considered the best RPG ever made.

  • @BeerTimeGaming Who in the world considers Oblivion the best RPG ever made? Try Fallout 2, or New Vegas. Oblivion's bad, yeah, but not as terrible as Dragon Age 2.

  • @GrinninGoblin New Vegas over Fallout 3? C'mon! I've purchased and returned Oblivion twice and still never finished it. I've beaten DA:2 twice already. For me, that's a sign of money well spent. As a Dragon Age Origins fan, I can understand a lot of the disappointment people felt with the sequel. However, if DA:O never existed, DA:2 would not receive the same criticism. In fact, it would probably be considered an all around good game, which it is.

  • @Tr3yK1ng Actually, it got amazing reviews from the "professionals", but I understand your point. I'm hoping they go back to an Origins style as well. However, I still enjoy the game for what it is.

  • @BeerTimeGaming New Vegas was easily better than Fallout 3 storyline wise. I'd argue it was better gameplay wise as well. The problem with your argument is that DA: O DID exist, and DA2 was a direct downgrade from DA:O in nearly every aspect. Hell, I even preferred DA:O's graphics. Oblivion had exploration, a deeper character creation system, and more content than you could shake a stick at. DA2 had Dynasty Warriors combat, terrible dialogue, and an awful story.

  • @GrinninGoblin I was with you up until you said "Dynasty Warriors combat". Now I'm left to assume either you never played DA2, or you played it on the casual difficulty setting, which is like never playing it. Even before they patched auto attack into the console versions, which they did by the way making the combat exactly like DA:O except faster, more fluid and all around better...even before that, playing the game on hard or nightmare required strategy, not just mashing the A button.

  • @GrinninGoblin Futher more, all of the so called content in Oblivion was nothing more than cut-and-paste dungeons and forgettable side quests given by even more forgettable NPCs. Sound familiar? This is exactly what everyone shits on DA2 for doing. I never played New Vegas so I can't really respond to that point. Seemed too much like Fallout 3, but hey, maybe that's what people want. A sequel that's pretty much exactly like its predecessor, Change is bad eh?

  • @BeerTimeGaming I played my friend's Dragon Age 2 game, because I was wary about buying it (thank God I didn't). The combat was awful. It wasn't "fluid" in any sense of the word. If you want fluid combat, try Dark Messiah. If you honestly think the side quests were bad in Oblivion, you never played the game. The side quests were the best part of the game, especially the Dark Brotherhood and Shivering Isles. When people want a sequel, they want an actual SEQUEL, not an unrelated crapfest.

  • To continue, everyone shits on DA2 for being bad, not just for its cut and paste dungeons and bad side quests. It has a bad main story as well, about a completely out of the blue character that has nothing to do with the first DA. It throws away a lot of the stuff that made DA1 great, such as, I don't know, the ability to create your own character beyond just a face? And honestly, I'm just not even going to bother with what you said about New Vegas. By your own admission, you never played it.

  • @GrinninGoblin If DA2's story is bad, then Oblivion's main story is the worst piece of fiction in history. Even if I were to agree with you and say DA2's story lacked depth, the way it's told is spectacular. The voice acting is top notch. The cinematography is outstanding. Reactions and interactions are believable. From a technical standpoint, it's one of the most well made RPGs ever. So what if it introduced a new main character? So did Elderscrolls, Neverwinter Nights, Fallout New Vegas, etc.

  • @BeerTimeGaming

"I want to be a dragon." You consider that a believable interaction? Seriously? Dragon Age 2's voice acting was bland. Mass Effect 1&2, Oblivion, DA: O, KoToR, Morrorwind, both Fallouts all have better VA than DA2. DA2 came after a game with a heavy emphasis on the main character, including cliffhanger epilogues about said character, and then abandoned him for some random guy that you can't even customize to your liking. DA2 is an inferior RPG to just about every other RPG.

  • @GrinninGoblin I know the exact part you're referring too and Hawke does not exactly say I want to be a dragon. It's the clever option response when speaking to Flemeth for the first time, and Hawke makes a joke. A joke...something not found at all in Oblivion, KoToR, Morrowind, Fallout, etc. This in itself makes the dialogue of DA2 more believable and personal. The fact that you have options of various tones, which elicit various reactions makes the DA2/ME dialogue style incredible.

  • @BeerTimeGaming Are you really implying there are no jokes in Oblivion, KoToR, Morrorwind, and Fallout? Have you never played those games? Bioware did not invent jokes in RPG's. The option to reply in multiple tones did not originate with DA/ME. And the very idea that Hawke would crack jokes upon meeting a character like Flemeth is not believable in the slightest. Especially considering some of his family members had died not too long ago.

  • @GrinninGoblin It's an option. Nobody said Hawke HAS to crack jokes at inopportune times, but if you want to role play as a jack ass, at least you have the option to. I'm almost amazed you can even call DA2's dialogue bland compared to Oblivion and Fallout. Wow. Conversations in those games were as straight forward as they can be. If you took the dialogue from Oblivion and Fallout and transcribed it into a screen play, then did the same for DA2, guess which would sell faster.

  • @BeerTimeGaming To answer the question, Fallout, because it actually had a plot. There's a vast gulf of difference between being a jackass, and cracking jokes to a shapeshifting dragon-witch who shows up to save your life after your family member just died in front of your eyes. Calling Fallout and Oblivion dialogue straightforward while defending Dragon Age's is just ridiculous.

  • @GrinninGoblin What? The dialogue in Fallout and Oblivion is beyond straight forward. It's robotic. The choices are predictable, and the reactions are even more so. Random guy: Welcome to Megaton. You: Thank you (or) Die now! Random guy: I like you so here's some information (or) I don't like you. Die now! Wow, so awesome.

  • @BeerTimeGaming So what would you replace when someone welcomes you to some place? "Welcome to Megaton." "I WANT TO BE A DRAGON CUZ I'M A JACKASS HURR." No. Just no. Not every line of dialogue has to be full of jackassery/epic tension to be good dialogue. In fact, if all the dialogue is like that, its bad dialogue. Did you play the Dark Brotherhood questline in Oblivion? Are you honestly going to tell me that every piece of dialogue in there was predictable?

  • @GrinninGoblin No, but I can think of many more entertaining and believable responses to Welcome to Megaton. For example: Thanks. Nice...dirt you got here. This implies that your character is actually perceptive to their new surroundings outside the vault, and has something more to say than just hello. Bioware games are the only games that seem to pull this off well, and Dragon Age 2 is no exception.

  • @BeerTimeGaming .....But Megaton's not even that dirty. That would add absolutely nothing to the sentence "Thanks." Hell, if you want to express that, have him say "nice bomb you got there." Also, "Bioware games are the only games that pull this off well." What the hell am I reading? Try playing an RPG not made by Bioware. Like, The Witcher 1 and 2, or New Vegas, KoToR 2, Baldur's Gate, hell, any RPG. Good reactions are not Bioware exclusive, and DA2 is bad at them, namely the joke thing.

  • @GrinninGoblin It's not a contradiction. I can guarantee I've played through the campaigns of both games just as many times as anyone else. The racial tension of DA:O took a back seat to the Darkspawn threat. In DA2, the differences between the Templars and Mages within the city state of Kirkwall became the primary focal point, with you caught in the middle. Playing a Dwarf or Elf in DA2 wouldn't make much sense since neither race would rise to power or give a shit about human problems.

  • @BeerTimeGaming The very fact that the storyline of Dragon Age 2 didn't have any facet of its plot interacting with Dwarves and Elves was the problem. DA1 includes the perspective of Dwarves, Elves, Mages, and Human Nobles, weaving them together in the Origin stories, but staying relative until the end of the game. DA2 takes a step DOWN from that, only giving you the human (Hawke's perspective). Hell, even if you were a mage, that didn't influence the game much.

  • @GrinninGoblin It's not a step down, it's a step left. The whole game goes in a different direction than DA:O. DA:O spoon fed us yet another tale of an eminent threat with designs on world destruction, while an unsuspecting nobody inadvertently becomes the savior of the known world. Cliche upon cliche, yet everyone ate it up, with good reason as the game is amazing. DA2 on the other hand is a more personal story. More centralized. More adult to say the least.

  • @BeerTimeGaming A cliche story is better than a bad one. DA2 was a story centered around one guy's daily life in Kirkwall as he became governer. If they had called it "Hawke's Rise to Power," that'd be fine. But they called it Dragon Age 2, which was the mistake. It didn't follow after DA's story, it didn't follow the Warden of DA, it really had nothing at all to do with DA besides being set in the same IP. And adult? Really? LOL. DA2 was in no way adult. if you want an adult RPG, try Witcher 2.

  • @GrinninGoblin When I say adult I don't mean sex. You're showing your age by immediately associating adult themes with sex. Hawke had a job. He didn't wake up one day and all of a sudden become a fabled Grey Warden. Hawke has siblings and sibling rivalry, and family members who die. Hawke is nothing, and through hard work and persistence makes something of himself, learning right from wrong and making choices along the way. Hawke is a character I can relate to.

  • @BeerTimeGaming When in the world did I say ANYTHING about sex? You're describing relatable qualities that almost every RPG character has.None of the Grey Wardens in DA1 magically became Wardens. That's what the ORIGIN STORIES ARE THERE FOR. Hell, you get jobs in Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Your job in the Witcher is to be a Witcher. Hawke is nothing unique as RPG characters go, just as DA2 is nothing unique as RPGs themselves go.

  • @GrinninGoblin The Witcher is well know for its sexually oriented adult themes. I've played the first Witcher. If you're going to make the point that it's more adult than DA2, then you're talking about the sexual nature of it. DA2 may not be unique, but the fact still remains that the dialogue is some of the best ever written for a video game.

  • @BeerTimeGaming Play the second Witcher. Its no more sexually adult than any video game involving sex. The Witcher series isn't adult for the sex in it, its adult in its themes and its plot. The nature of every character is fully fleshed out, as well as the nature of the other races in the setting. If mentioning the adult nature of the Witcher immediatlely brought you to the sex in it, well, that speaks for itself. DA2's dialogue is not good. RPGS made years before it outclass it in dialogue.

  • @GrinninGoblin I plan on playing the Witcher 2. The Witcher however, with its collectible sex cards alone struck me as more sexually oriented than most games. Not a bad thing, just not what I look for in a mature game. DA2, with its themes of family, religion, racism and politics is more to my liking. Origins had these themes as well, as I'm sure the Witcher 2 does. The thing with DA2 is that those themes are the central focus and it makes for a great gaming experience.

  • @BeerTimeGaming The Witcher 2 is HUGE on political themes, with a bit of racism and religion thrown in for good measure. Family, of course, isn't as big in on them. Play it. I recognize that you like DA2, and that's okay, but to put it above other RPGs is just folly. It was an experiment on Bioware's part to make a more Mass Effect like Dragon Age. In my opinion and others, it failed. If you want a great gaming experience in an RPG, play then first Baldur's Gate.

  • @GrinninGoblin Well, as Ron Burgundy once said, agree to disagree. I will be sure to play The Witcher 2 and Baldur's Gate as you suggest...just as soon as I finish this DA2 DLC.

  • Comment removed

  • @GrinninGoblin And why not shit on ME and ME2 for only being able to create face as you say? Oh that's right, because the entire story revolves around your character being human, with racial undertones and themes of discrimination thrown in to drive the plot home. Sound familiar. Yeah I'm pretty sure the DA2 story was just a tad over your head.

  • @BeerTimeGaming Wow what a contradictory statement. A huge part of DA1 was about the tense relationship between elves and humans, and noble and commoner dwarves. You'd know that if you played their storylines. DA2 completely shit on that depth in favor of one linear, boring storyline about Hawke. What in the world does the Mass Effect storyline's themes have to do with Dragon Age 2? DA2 abandoned those themes when it decided that the player can't experience the game from anyone's view but Hawke.

  • i just played this and i gotta say it was pointless. It was boring and if i hadnt paid so much i would have just deleted it, but dont get me wrong i liked the graphics and the new look of the quanari in dragon age 2 beyond that however the game continues to dissapoint me.All the quests end up leadind to the same thing regardless of your choices.Im now asking no beging bioware to just let this creature die no more pointless dlc and just focus on dragon age 3.

  • DA2 was childish console garbage, no way I'll buy this.

  • I thought it was the architect at first, then I realized you could've killed him so it doesn't matter

  • @Daalchii "you only thought you killed him/her/entity" is biowares response

seriously thats their response, people that are dead in dragon age and dragon age awakening does not matter at all.

its just an excuse bioware comes up with " you only thought you killed person X"

  • Just beat this twice with my warrior and my mage, It was really interesting and took me about 3-4 hours for each play through, I think it could have been a bit longer but then again maybe i'm just that amazing at playing RPGs.

  • i just checked my ps3 and its not out yet. i checked my xbox and its right there... i have the ps3 version......

  • I am totally getting this!

  • its out already on XBL, you just have to search for it. They dont have it listed on the "new add ons" section yet

  • yeah i have been waiting today but looks like its not out yet...come on bioware wake the fuck up and give us your DLC.

  • @FinalConflict99 its out now man

  • Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

  • i know no ones talking about this but.... bioware made da2 very good. I mean they only had 1 or 1/2 a year to make the game it was good for bioware its ea that f***ed up blame them

  • its a good thing my character is a boss who can kill most things with one spell

  • Does anybody know when xbox live/dashboard updates ? i want this add-on :P Damn my impatients ...

  • Come on!!! so close yet so far away

  • it is now the 26th .... i want it now !!!

  • Freaked me the fuck out when all the new achievements came out a month ago with no new DLCs. Needless to say, I will get this.

  • im just saying keep the main character.I think about every game sequel that changes the main character sucks kotor was awsome kotor 2 not so much....dragon age was awsome dragon age 2 again not so much....but look at mass effect fantastic game mass effect 2 an even better game maby its just wishful thinking wanting to finish a story i never got to but whatever.Maby bioware will make good with dragon age 3.(heres hoping)

  • @Tr3yK1ng i say that the warden and hawke should meet up

  • ir's about to be released in 1 day !? woot

  • @advancedgryphon I agree with the whole Dragon Age 2 being good, but you have to accept that the series has to move on from Ferelden and go to other places, and you have to move on from old companions because if you keep using the same people over and over again, eventually it would lose it's popularity or one of the voiceovers would just drop out. I liked the people in DA:O and I liked the story and Ferelden, but I also accepted Kirkwall was next

  • this is going to be the best DLC yet!! on any game

  • it's about fucking time

  • ill get this just cause i loved origins but seriously this was not a worthy sequel bioware bring back the warden.Who honestly at the end of origins was like i sure hope they completely abonden my character so i can play some uninteresting character i have no controle over and put me in a single city for the whole game. Please bioware just give me some closure before moving on to more crap.

  • @Tr3yK1ng Dragon Age 2 was a lot better then Origins in my opion. Agreed that it would of been a lot better if we were given the option to go around to different locations. it would also be a big benefit if we as Hawke could return to Ferleden to see what has happened to our characters home town. Alongside that i wish that Morrigan, Leianna and Allistar were avalible compaions. I do know for a fact that Allistar and Leianna are in the later part of DA 2 but only for a brief moment.

  • The Architect?

  • @Zekkenith Looks like it.

  • @Zekkenith thought so too

  • This looks so fucking sexy I'm buying this shit at 12:00 midnight

  • are those armored ogres or just gigantic genlocks i saw?

  • @dantezk1 They are genlocks but it looks like they got changed up a bit

  • Make DA3 openworld like Skyrim and more adult like the witcher 2, combined with the elements we loved from Origins like the intresting companions and the powerful story and Bioware will have will have a hell of an RPG. Dout it will happen but we can hope right?

  • @awesomelaces THIS. If only!

    + 9,000 internets

    VampireHunterAmanda Approves (+20)

  • Dude...This looks f****ing amazing

  • For a moment i thought that was Morrigan`s voice, I get excited, then... WTF...

  • Dragon age 2 was awesome, can't wait for this

  • something to keep me entertained till fall

  • I bet this is gonna be one of those 3 hour DLCs... God... I don't think it'll be worth my money BUT for the sake of the story. I /might/ buy it... MIGHT...

  • I'm commander Hawke and this is my favourite DLC on the citadel.I love trolling Dragon Age 2 worst sequel ever!!!

  • Playing Dragon Age 2 was like pulling teeth but more painful i am not sure why anyone would want this DLC.It is funny you put out a half pie decent trailer and people think its the best thing since sliced bread. If Bioware think DLC is going to get people back into playing this shit they need the head examined.Hell Lebron James leaving the cavs was not as disappointing as this abortion.I have better things to waste my money on like GOOD GAMES

  • @nash3timemvp No need to get pissy at DA2 fans. Just because some people like this game doesn't make them "fucking clowns" who "need to be mocked." Different people have different tastes, and the fact that you're bashing people who you don't know anything about over the internet is just cute. And if you thought DA2 was so terrible, why are you watching the new DLC trailer anyway? Just back off.

  • @rockinxrobyn I got told by a friend to come here at have a laugh at the DLC for Dragon Age 2 so i did.The fact remains the game is a aborted fetus.

  • @nash3timemvp Maybe in your opinion, but look at the likes and dislikes for this video, buddy. You're outnumbered.

  • @rockinxrobyn Great DLC for a great game i guess that is why it gog 4.4 out of 10 on metacritic

  • @nash3timemvp 9.7 from Time Magazine, 94% from PC Gamer, 9/10 Official XBox Magazine, 5/5 The Escapist, 10/10 GameReactor Germany, 95/100 Gamefront, 9/10 CVG, 88% RPG Fan, 4/4 ABC News, 94% XBox 360 Acheivements, 9.2/10 Gametrailers, 8/10 Gamespot, 4/5 Joystiq, 4/5 Gamepro, B+ 1UP, 8.5/10 Strategy Informer, 83/100 Gameinformer, 80% RPG Site, 80% Gamezone, 90% PSM3 Magazine UK, 8/10 Eurogamer, 8.5/10 IGN. Boo-yah.

  • @rockinxrobyn You do understand review companies are paid and given content as a bonus to give a good review right???it is the oldest trick in the book for these guys.If you want a balanced review look at USER reviews that is a far better way to get a indication on a game.Take metacritic for example they gave it a 9.4 out of 10 yet close to 2000 user reviews had the game at 4.4 out of 10,take a look at the Bioware forums people hate this game.On a good note the disc makes a great drink coaster

  • @nash3timemvp Okay; 7/10 on n4g, XBox360 Reader score: 7.9, 3.5/5 on Amazon. Give me 2 more sites with bad user reviews and we're even.

  • I love this trailer and do intend to get the DLC as do many other Dragon Age fans

  • I wonder how many re-hashed dungeons are on THIS one...

  • @blacksunapocalypse Rumor has it the final boss in this DLC is the human reaper from Mass effect 2.I'm actually shocked this DLC was not Hawke saving Eden Prime from the geth

  • Sexy as fuck.

  • The main game was a let down for me. Not expecting much from this since its not an expansion and dosnt continue after the end of act 3.

  • I pirate all bioware games these days, I consider myself a trash diver.

  • Nope.

  • Ideas for a successful Dragon Age 3: Take the elements of a structured storyline, different looking caves and areas, and camp (for easy access to all characters' cutscenes) from DA:O. Then take combat style and better graphics from DA2. Mash those together, and you've got an even more amazing game! Like if you agree!

  • @rockinxrobyn I agree except for the camp. It makes more since for them to have their own houses. Unless you're traveling around a country like in DA:O. But in a city setting, it would just be weird for everyone to be living together. Besides, can you imagine Anders and Fenris having to live under the same roof? hahaha.

  • @ZakHynes lol that's true. I just thought it was a pain in the ass to go to the barracks, back to map, Fenris's mansion, back to map, Anders's clinic, back to map, the chantry, back to map, the Hanged Man, back to map, Merill's home, back to map, and finally back to my own home. Maybe DA3 will continue from DA2 and everyone can just move into my mansion and stay in separate rooms (except Anders cause I killed that bitch off) lol

  • @rockinxrobyn Did you use your journal? It tells you when the companions have something new to talk about. ^_^ I never had that problem.

  • @jonea16 Yeah, I saw when I needed to talk to them, but I hated having to travel to all their different places for the cutscenes =( And I wasn't big on how they just piled the quests at the beginning of each act, but it was still a great game =)

  • @rockinxrobyn I loved having my quests laid out for me. It made it so much easier to see exactly what I could do and what needed to be done. In Origins, I was lucky to complete 2 or 3 side quests a night. DA2 helped me move along a clear definable path. I blazed a trail of glory through act 1 in about 8 hours the night I got my Signature Ed home. It was simply addicting. ^_^ I kept telling myself, just one more quest...just one more quest...shit..the suns up! o.O

  • @jonea16 I liked the organization of the journal, but I felt like the plot lacked because most of the storyline was based around running errors for different people. It felt like there were SO many side quests to do all of the time that kept you away from the main story. I like DA:O's setup better because you knew your purpose: to defeat the Archedemon, and almost everything you did was to get you closer to your goal. In DA2, there never was really a goal, just lots of little quests =(

  • @rockinxrobyn I loved the plot and side quests much more than DAO because I'm not saving the world, seen that to many times. Instead, we lived Hawke's storied life of shaping Thedas. I really loved the focus on the Qunari, my favorite race. Fingers crossed for Qunari origin.^_^ The plot was about politics and racism towards both the Qunari and Mages. The goal was determined by where your sympathies lied. Mages or Templars. They give you plenty of reasons to hate magic, like killing your mum. );

  • @jonea16 Haha yeah. I was pissed that you couldn't suck up enough to get the Qunari on your side! And I hated the thing with your mom =( I actually cried and my husband had to remind me it was just a game lol

  • @rockinxrobyn I agree becuase I believe that DA could be and has the potential to be the new Final Fantasy like series. But graphic could really be improved I thought DAO was better than DA2 and also you have to keep a game like this long like DAO. And lastly I believe is keep as much choice for individual players as possible. Did not like the only human thing and Forcing a sibling to die by class. All this and better graphics each year since Bioware gives kickass stories= SUCCESS!!! ^_^

  • @jamirflyd Agreed! I kind of wish you had more/better romance options too. I went with Alistair in DA:O and Fenris in DA2, but *spoilers spoilers spoilers spoilers spoilers* Alistair has sex with Morrigan and wouldn't marry me (I was an elf), and then Fenris leaves right after sex - of course the other options were Zevran, who probably had an STD (or 2); Anders, who is clingy and blows up the chantry; or Sebastian, who is super virgin and wouldn't even kiss you if you romanced him! lol
