first of all u can pull up on the floyd i have the same exact guitar, it doest do any damage to the guitar AT ALL!

@yordienkevin if u have this guitar and ur pulling up u might b damaging ur guitar. it should only go like a half step cuz theres no cut in the body

Lots of ppl have asked me, and I've finally come to a conclusion. Frankly if ur looking for a metal guitar in this price range, I recommend going for an ibanez or ESP. This thing is decent, but it lacks some of the quality the others have. It was a great transition for me, from an SG to a metal guitar but it also taught me that there are better things out there.

Ps. The Floyd only goes down btw, u can't pull up

yeah i was gonna ask the same thing, the main reason i liked it is because guitarcenter has a guitar/amp combo for it and its pretty much the only 24 frett that they have in a combo.

its called a pinch harmonic. u hit the string wit ur thumb rite after u pick it. and it should make that sound. but u have 2 do it on certain frets where u get harmonics. im pretty sure thats how u do it

Ur very close. Except it doesn't matter what fret u do it on. It's very difficult at first but practice and ull get it

Yeah. It doesn't matter which fret you're one, but it is extremely important where your thumb touches the string. On most guitars, having your thumb touch just above the neck pickup is a good spot because the neck pickup is usually placed under a natural harmonic point on the string. It takes a while to get, but you'll get it.
