Mortal Kombat II mopped the floor with Way of the Warrior. Mortal Kombat II is now legendary. I bought it on the Playstation Network for $5.99 for my PS3; and it is online. Still a great game. Is Way of the Warrior on Xbox Live or Playstation Network? HELL NO!!!

Had this game when the 3DO was in its hey day. It was decent back then. With competition like: Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat and Primal Rage, this game didn't stand a chance. And by today's standards: Virtua Fighter 5, Soul Calibur IV, Tekken 5: DR and Mortal Kombat vs. DC, this game is absolute garbage now just like: Kasumi Ninja, Shaq Fu, Ultra Vortek, Criticom, Rise of the Robots, Mace: The Dark Age, War Gods and Shadow (for 3DO) are all pieces of crap. SFIV and Tekken 6 will rule!!!

You suck donkey dick. Way Of The Warrior was WAY better then Mortal Kombat back in the day. WOTW is still a fun two player game, especially if you know the fatalities and stage fatalities.

i remember wanting the 3DO and this game so bad when i was a kid. i read the magazine "GamePro" all the time, and would see ads for 3DO and the games for it, including this one. i couldn't believe how good the graphics looked. i never got to play the system though, i think it was either $300 or $700. i'm not sure if i would have enjoyed it or not now, because it does kind of look like ass, lol. but i played a lot of games back then that i couldn't now.

I remember reading about this in Gamepro too! It looked so badass back then because was a fighting game with real people like Mortal Kombat. Now I finally see it and it in action doesn't seem all that great. Cool music, though. Sounds like White Zombie.

i honestly liked it when i first played this game only played it twice and the fatalities and pit levels were as good as mortal kombat but ya horrible voiceovers ect... this game is a prime example why the 3d0 only lasted was it a yr or a lil over

Actually the 3do company lasted from 1991-2003 by the time they filed for chaper 11. But the 3do system lasted from 1993-1996. I remember when I got my hands on a demo for this and I wanted to play it so bad but could not afford $700 for the system. So I brought the demo to Electric Ave. and stuck it in the game and played it. I did the same with a CD-i demo. I own both systems now and just realize at how bad CD games were back then.
