One man's trash is another man's pan. Absolute genius. Every time i listen to this piece i gives me goose bumps. I may be born in Canada but i LOVE my Trini roots. Go figure not many of these people can read music, but all of this is magic is from memory. TRINI TO THE BONE.

Best arrangement ever ... are you serious? It's not even Smooth's best arrangement! No minor mode, very basic interpretation of the tune, harmonization? hhmmm ...

I can think of quite of a few that beat this, off the top of my head, Curry Tabanca, Rebecca, No Pan, Mystery Band, Birthday Party, Fire Down Below, just to name a few.

This should be a test piece for every academic band learning to play Trini steelband panorama music. If they can play this, and get the syncopation right, and also "feel" it, then they "get it." This is quintessential Trini music. Pure classic!

The year was 1999, PanTrinbago developed the concept to have 11 of the Champion Steelbands perform their wining songs as part of the Panorama Champions of the Twentieth Century.
