@bgryllis Well I've had a lot of people in my comments claim that they live in the exact neighborhoods these chases occurred in... turns out Manning isn't even in Sumter County, though is in a county that borders it. Perhaps you want to identify some of the streets and where that gas station is (or was) to back up your claim?

This is my hometown.. and the cop that caused him to crash into the pump is not an idiot. He wasn't TRYING to crash him into the pump. He was just trying to get this reckless man off the road and under control - he was doing his job. If he hadn't pinned his car then and there, the man could have gotten away and heaven knows what else could have happened... He's a family friend and I can promise you he is not an idiot.
