Why would you have to brake boost in order to decrease turbo lag? I am not educated on brake boosting but it sounds like the same thing it would have done if you were to take advantage of your Cars no lift shift option.
i did use no lift shift..... but in order to to use no lift shift you need to be shifting at wide open throttle..... since we are starting at 40mph all you have to do is break boost so when you start the race you are in peak boost..... think of it this way; say the race was taking place from a stop, if i had a good two step that builds boost, i would use it, so i start the race in boost..... same purpose only brake boosting gets used while your already moving

that is the BASE supercharger kit the other kits are obviously higher numbers but you are right cause i've run stock hr's when i was stock and it was a very close race i only won by 1 car at most so i think if you got one with full bolton's it would be a similar race

the hr had a shitty driver if you beat one by 1 car length. they usually run 13.5 at 105.xx.some have ran 13.1 at 107.xxx. but like i said earlier all you need is a tune.

against a stock DE z youd win the 1/2 mile drag race. but not an HR. reason i say that is because the trap speed is higher. it would most likely walk away. this is of course stock vs stock. and also, automatic xmsn has around 5-10% more drivetrain loss than the manual, it also has worse gearing since its a 5spd auto rather than a 6. its also about 200-300 pounds heavier. the auto z is the chick version i guess. lol.

You say you brake boost to get rid of lag LOL? Why? And what lag? That turbo is so small that car should spool up mid 2k rpm, so theres no lag on a roll or very very minimum. I see if you had big turbo. But those turbos are as small as your fist and spool up quick. Thats why you rip the tires I bet from a dig or low roll.

Meant front wheel drive, damn lol! And with drag radials you will still spin. Slicks are a better option. all you have is a 1st and 2nd gear spinning problem. Just to much power for those gears and FWD. But who in the hell wants to drive around with slicks on all day. Get a ebc and set your boost for each gear! Problem solved. spinnin aint winnin!
