no its a perfectly normal question friend, i was born into a christian society and the thought of being told i must belive in jesus or i will go to hell and be punished sickens me and is obvious fear-mongering to force me to obey the christian faith and pay my fees. im looking for a more spiritual faith in life as a young man. nothing bad intended here : )
@MrGoldenV Islam is the affirmation and confirmation of the pure way of God. I was a crhstian and embraced islam alhamdulillah. It is simple and straightforward, it only benefits you but as a result of benefiting you getting truly closer to God you will benefit those around you as well although in the end its about the relationship of you to yourself between understanding obedience to God. God does not benefit from our worship of Him but we benefit by recognizing our creator alhamdulillah
