  • Lay your hand / fingers flat on a solid surface, use your other hand to lightly pound you'll feel

    much relief.

Resting your hands on the surface in a whirlpool, the BUBBLES Dynamics rising to the surface generate energy up your arms for hours after

Squeezing a ball, curling weight, anything to exercise you must create muscle mass, or atrophy will be your doom. Muscles are designed to keep your skeleton aligned.

    XRCZ

Most people who feel pain during XRCZ stop. No pain no gain

  • Much RA is caused from ATROPHY, people who do not exercise

Research proves experts pounding their fists against wood, cement blocks

and punching bags have the strongest hand and bone structure. NO RA.

People who settle for the lazy life and wait for the urge to work out to go away suffer the consequences That is if your'e not already to far gone

Studies / Facts were done on cadavers and elderly homesteads

Buy a punching bag, learn the proper form to connect a punch you'll feel much better

  • @11110JFK Are you CRAZY?, that is not RA at all, please read up before you put something like this out there. I have had JRA for 40 years, I try to stay active and by bike riding 15-20 miles a day, guess what I still have sever joint damage. You are the kind of person who I wish could feel my pain for even just one day, you would have a much different opinion believe me!

  • in my 30's now and have had chronic lower back pain which was told to me that it is 'ra'

  • What do patients with chronic RA feel? I mean how are their activities of daily living affected by this disease.

  • Thanks for this video..very, very informative. I myself don't have RA,but the girlfriend of one of my artist does & I took it upon myself to research the topic and I'm glad I did. All diagnosed are very strong individuals in my eyes and I hope they find a cure for RA or at least a way to tame it. PLEASE CHECK THIS SONG OUT. It was made by the artist I mentioned earlier for his girlfriend, but I believe all diagnosed with RA will enjoy it. watch?v=LW5_fWRQ7NY <-- just copy & paste at end of URL

  • Did you know? The negative charge of alkaline ionized water may help soothe the inflammation in your joints by neutralizing the acid content in the blood, resulting in greater mobility and a reduction in pain. Visit my channel for more information...

  • Hello mr amdragon97, I can see u know a lot about arthritis . My girlfriend has recently got the symptoms for arthritis . And this is killing us mentally. She is seeing doctor next month as that's the earliest appointment she got, as the comment below i now know that it can not be treated but can be put on sleep, does remission mean she will not suffer pain everyday of her life or does it mean she will have pain once in a while. • I have RA & Vasculitus and my life is pretty restricted... I'm on metatrexate & prednisilone, but my mouth & nose is permanently full of sores! I'm always out of breath and constantly want to sleep.....I dont know what to do about my consultant I dont think Im getting the best treatment.

  • A Better Quality Of Life!!!! I have my life back THANK YOU MitoSynergy ! Please view my YouTube and if any one else knows about Cunermuspir?? What MitoSynergy has done for me is made my pain manageable from a 10 to a 2 on a 1 to 10 scale. It has decreased my swelling. It has helped me sleep again, gives me energy and has taken away my fatigue. I'm not implying that it will help anyone else. I do think it is worth a try. It just came out. I just read their face book and there is more testimonial

  • A friend of mine benefited from drinking aloe gel, its a natural anti-inflammatory which I took years ago for IBS. Hope that may help someone else too.

  • I was diagnosed with JRA when I was 9. But before I was diagnosed my parents kept taking me to the peds because I was complaining of pain and they kept saying it was growing pain. Then I went to a knee doctor because of the pain in my knees. Then the knee doctor finally did some test on me and we then found out I had JRA. Later we also found out that I have also Fibromyalgia. Great news is my JRA is slowly going into remission. But I'm stuck with the Fibro. Great....

  • @Amdragon97 hi bro i want to know that is it true that it can be slowly cured and can be finished because i feel that i have ....RA but not went to the doctor just haveing pain in my ancle ......

  • @kitu131984 RA can not be cured. The disease can go into remission with the right treatments. Remission dosen't not mean it is cured. It means the gene of RA is slowly going to sleep and can wake up again and bite you in the butt. It depends also of what age you are. The older you are the unlikly chance the disease will go into remission. The younger you are the likely chance the disease will go into remission. If the right meds are taken the disease can go into remission. There is no cure.

  • thank you for sharing this awesome video...I 'm also taking Methotrexate,Cephalexin &prednisone aswell. It does help me alot. I feel so much better.. :o)

  • i was diagnosed 5 years ago and it no fun. i have good days and bad days... i look at this video and really wish that they doc do something about and stop faking like if they care.. cause they don't they only take like 5 min checking you and 1 hour in the waiting room... there are day that i am in so much pain and they expect me to be smiling like if nothing is going on..please find a cure... not just for us with RA but for out family that love us....

  • I was diagnosed last year with RA, its been tough but things are getting better slowly day by day. Before I started taking Plaqunil, Methotrexate, And Sulfasalazine, I was in so much pain, I could barely get up out of bed, and from sitting down for a while, nowadays my PT and OT are saying they cant believe how much I have improved in my walking and balance in just a few short months.

I would like to hear from other RA sufferers how they are dealing with this disease as well, if you can

  • @kentucy9999 Have you heard of Humira? I used 2have a terrible time EVERY morning. Just getting out of bed was SO painful &I'm only 29. I've been takin Methotrexate &prednisone since the start of all this. Mr. Dr perscribed me Humira injections... and O..My..WOW! Within 4 days I was skipping! lol! :) And this past Sunday I was throwing and catching a football. HUGE DIF! The pain hasn't completely vanished but I'm living my life! :) email me if you have ? javelino@generationschurch.us

  • @jennave82 i just want to know that do u think you have completely cured the desease or is it just the temporary solution .....

  • I really appreciated this video! I was diagnosed with RA last year. I went nearly a year with no diagnosis and intense crippling pain. And the truth is... even after diagnosis you may not really learn what it is that you are dealing with. You kinda just do whatever the Dr.'s tell you to. Pretty much anything that leads to no pain. I'm thankful for resources like this! Knowledge is KEY! So... thanks again!

  • treeatments don't work

  • i want know about download video from you tube

  • there is an answer that is getting attention and praise from the rheumatoid victims!

you need to know where to look! hint hint

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis is all about the synovium. It should be called synovial arthritis. I had my first attack 12 yrs ago at 45 and it was in remission for the next 9 yrs. Had an attack then remission for 2yrs. Had another "flare" for seven months about a yr ago. That was dreadful. Beyond belief. Indescribable. I'm a former 2 sport athlete in college and tough as nails. I used to cry at night and beg God to take me. Terrible pain. Swelling and I felt so fatigued and just awful. Gotta tell you the

  • @kentucy9999 truth. When you feel like I did {where you not only have the terrible swelling and pain but also the fatigue and malaise too} I don't believe any diet or any macrobiotic bs, or yoga or any of that junk is gonna help. Nothing helped me. Pain medication did nothing. NSAID's didn't touch me. MethatrexateW hen I was bad I had pain in my teeth. RA can effect every organ in your body if you have it bad enough. It is a disease. It can kill you. RA is SERIOUS sh*t. Diet? You must be kidding

  • @kentucy9999 No offence meant or anything, I'm just curious...what kinds of medicines do you take now? Do they have any effect? My father has RA. Well, we commonly call it rheuma over here. I know he took steroids for some time but we understand that it causes as much damage as benefit to the body. He uses methotrexate now, not sure what else. And maybe a diet can be effective, but perhaps only at a VERY early stage. I mean, both my father and grandmother are (the latter just was) at the stage

  • @Puppetmester were they can't/couldn't even move a pinky finger without the constant medication. However, I remember that back then my grandma had even more pains after she ate a greasy meal. That's about the only thing diet had to do with it.

  • @kentucy9999 I've been on steroids initially during my first "flare" and on one occasion for 2 weeks since. I've tried plaqinil and the other 1st stage medications. Recently I was on methetrexate for 4 mos but have had a problem with my lungs and had to stop it. I cough and feel shortness of breath at times but the symptoms are weird in that my oxygen count is fine. When a MD listens to my chest everything is fine, etc. It isn't getting any better though. There are no "magical" solutions.

  • Thankyou for sharing this informative video with us.

  • The immune system produces reactive oxygen to kill pathogens. With an over active immune system and one that mistakes our own bodies as the enemy, it produces an over abundance of reactive oxygen. This reactive oxygen is a corrosive or oxidizer. The inflammation and destruction of tissue is the end result. The two reactive oxygen species is Peroxide and Ozone. To break down excessive peroxide you would need a Antioxidant Catalyst (SOD). To break down Ozone you need single chlorine atoms (CFC's).

  • @frankcoffee

    Hello

what should we eat and what not to eat ?

    Thank you

  • @aveshk1 I'm not a doctor or anything. I'm just posting what I have found out over the internet. I'm not a nutritionist either. If you type in Google search "Ozone in the human body" you should find a 2003 article from Scripps research. They are a non profit organization. There are foods high in antioxidants and also teas such as White Tea.

  • @frankcoffee

sure i will look at it.

    anyway thank you

  • I've been using Nature's Rite Remedies to attempt to combat arthritis. It has been working well. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had as much success as I have?

  • EXELENTE EXPOSICION...

  • do i have arthritis in my hand?? or pinky part its sore and tiny bit stiff hurts a bit when imove it and i crack my knuckles alot!!!??!?

  • @maori500 I'd recommend looking up info. on websites like webmd and the arthritis foundation before going to a doctor. There are many different types of arthritis, so you can't be diagnosed online just by your symptoms. When I went to the doctor, I had an x-ray and a blood test to rule out conditions with the symptoms I had.

  • .

sex is great therapy for many conditions

in fact, medical expense [tax] write-offs may include (but not limited to) condoms, KY-lube, crotchless panties, swimming pools, spa, thongs...porn.....

    indeed.

loosen up folks and get freaky, cuz it's good for you

    -.-

  • I used to have arthritis pain all throughout my body, had pain for years and years, not until a friend of mine told me about an all natural, little known protein, did my pain go away.

  • Drink hot not boiled green tea to get the most EGCG, a powerful antioxidant. Don't add milk because it negates the properties. Green tea may prevent and it reduces RA symptoms as shown in studies using mice. Human trials are currently being developed.

I thought I should pass this info around. I got it from personalliberty website.

  • thanks gear

  • There is no way that the climate triggers or effects the RA because that's been proven to be just a rumour which is not true.

  • my doctor says pipol with RA needs vitamin D which u can also get through the sun... i used to lived in a counrty that is warm my artrhitis is not worst as i feel right now when i start living in colder and snowy country..now it turns into RA..

  • no way, the sunlight is one of the trigger factors of rheumatoid arthritis.

the fact that you're getting worse is that we are meteo dependent people, so cold and wet weather affects our disease, no matter which climate you live in :-)

  • Does anyone think eating meat and dairy can lead to this?

  • well i apperently have the gout caused by uric acid crystals.. i know red meat contributes to that as well as tomatoes... i also have multiple cysts the doc thinks may be RA.. i've started to suspect meat and dairy as a reason too.. our closest relatives orangatans and chimps hardly eat meat.. mainly fruit veggies and nuts so perhaps we shouldn't eat so much meat..

  • try eating little to no animal products at all. We get enough protein from a single baked potato. Also, I believe disease grows in us when we overload our defenses.. Try a product from blessedherbs d ot c o m ( colon cleanse) Read why they are good. Small price to pay for something that will not harm you but may just help. Just a thought.

  • thanks for the tips. i've def been laying off the meat... thinkin of a mainly raw diet no dairy.. maybe fish. yeahh a colon cleanse is a good idea
