  • This song explains so much, that there really is no place like home! And home is where you belong :)

  • The verses are to much like the title song 'Love never dies'

  • Saw this musical last thursday, on Michael Crawford's 70th birthday. We got to sing happy birthday to him and saw the Baron Lloyd-Webber himself, not something you expect everyday at the theatre!

  • Oh wow the senior choir that I'm in at my school is singing this soon :D

  • Amazing song, luv it.

  • beutiful song :)

  • i was at the musical! and i'm dutch! it was the best musical i ever see!

  • <3 this song x

  • the show is magical

  • Lloyd Webber's best song in years and as good as anything from the original. Loved Tim Rice's nod to Joseph - their first show - in the first verse.

  • I love this song! I love the musical! I love Danielle Hope!

Thank you for putting this song on Youtube!

  • Beautiful, amazing song!

  • @sonofstageandpage Like any national anthem :)

  • This is such a beautiful song

  • easly my favourite song of the musical

  • This is probably the best thing to come out of Lloyd Webber's version of the show...it's so beautiful. The only thing is I thought Dorothy wasn't already home, she learned that there was no place like home, that as great as Oz seemed, it wasn't as good as home. So...if she's already home, she doesn't need to go back... so that doesn't make sense.

  • @Dusterian What I think it is mean to capture is: Dorothy wishes she was somewhere else because there are so many things she dislikes as said in Nobody Understands Me. But what this song probably states is that, no matter how good or bad your home is, it will always be home no matter what. You just have to make it your home.

  • @sonofstageandpage What I don't get is why they changed the title to "Already Home", because Dorothy wishes to go back to home, so she isn't home yet. If home is where you make it, couldn't she make Oz be her home, and then stay there?

  • @Dusterian

I think they are saying true home is in your heart - so youre home whereever you are - corny but hey, its a musical :-))

  • can i just say that if you see the show this dose make sens and she is not at home when this is sung

  • @Dusterian I see what you're saying, but she doesn't mean it in the physical sense. She says 'home is a place in your heart' meaning she was home all along because she took a part of home with her to Oz, with the characters being the same people as certain characters from back home in Kansas.

Anyway, this song is really nice. The end bit reminds me of an old Disney song.

  • i loooooooooovvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeee this song !!!!!!!!
