Canadian police torture technique for those using their civil rights to not talk to them, include using 'laser tazer' like technology to send vibrations through the body of the subject from the apartment above, while the client tries to sleep or at work. Laser will eventually cause heart attack and it will look like natural death. Very hard to prove. Extreme torture. You can neither sleep nor work. Your body is shaking for hrs afterwords. Imaging your body being under vibration the whole time.

Where was UNICEF when Britain sent terrible arms unknown to Africa to Nigeria to use in destroying Biafrans 1967 to 1970.Britain blockaded Biafrans from getting arms to defend themselves.USA was watching unconcerned.Children were dying in hundreds of thousands and UNICEF was watching doing nothing.Now children are dying in Zimbabwe where is UNICEF?Forget this so-called UNICEF human right etc.The world is only waiting for God to destroy it and establish a kingdom of righteousness on earth.

Not at all.But the nation Britain has control and influence over these boy at that time.Even now these nations influences to great extent the actions of these U bodies.Why have UNICEF not gone with relieve materials in quantity to Zimbabwe?Are children not dying there? May be it is UNICEF for some countries not UN.
