I have a cat that I think is pregnant, but I've never experienced anything like a pregnant cat before in my life. She's gained, what I think, a lot of weight and her appetite has increased dramatically, and I've checked her nipples a couple of times but it's so weird because she has bright pink nipples one minute and I look again at a different one and it's a sort of normal beige color! :\ We calculated it and she should be giving birth in about a week or so. . . Any advise? :p
@robynn0405 Well you should start making a place for her to give birth in. It should have a towel and walls around so she doesn't roam around your house. She will get curious and look for a comfortable place but when she gets far into labor she will lay down and maybe start yowling in pain. Try to comfort her when she is in labor. do not try to comfort her when she is giving birth because she might try to bite your hand off. Just relax and let her do the work.
My kitty is pregnant, her temp dropped to 99.4 F at 9pm last night, and this morning and afternoon it was 99.2 F. Any idea when she'll give birth? She is still eating a bit here and there. it's her first.
