ive said it before and ill say it again kana at first sight dosent look like much... until she roundhouse kicks your teeth in.. hell if i were to get kicked by her my last words would be...kawaii
I loved the part where Sakura blocked Kana's leg sweep with her knees. The things that Sakura does with cradles and other flash pins are really cool, she's one of the best at that. This match seemed pretty safe to me, maybe Kana has learned her lesson. I hope so because she's a great talent, but if you can't protect your opponent than you shouldn't be a professional wrestler.
@Absolutegentlemen Well, they are Japanese. You ever see a Misawa/Kawada match? Very little protection going on there. And the old school joshi workers DESTROYED each other.
@iamthedave3 - Unfortunately, it is the type of lifestyle that is the cause of Misawa's death. That, and the fact that his neck is like a glass that can break anytime as a result of taking so much "head drop" moves [and unfortunately, it did]
@YuriPHBoy Oh yes, but it's usually not so drastic. Pro wrestlers everywhere seem to break into little itty bitty pieces eventually, NA or Japan. In Japan they just go down faster.
GOOD match, though should've gone longer. Interesting that Emi Sakura was chosen as Kana's opponent...as if Nanae wanted to send a "message" to Kana, think Kyoko Inoue or Dump Matsumoto would be the best choice.
I'n a HUGE mark for Kana & always will be but don't like the negative criticism. Yes, she was wrong to injure Shu Shibutani...I hope Shu is ok...& her style has become very dangerous. Personally, I'd like to see her focus on a more submission-style & tone down on the stiffness.
@superstarlex32 Kyoko Inoue is not that close to Nanae, not to mention that she's showing signs of wear-and-tear already. as for Dump, it's seems lost in space

on why is Emi Sakura facing Kana instead of Nanae is still a hanging question waiting for an answer.
