I was on it once. It was a white knuckle ride that I will remember for the rest of my life. I was in a Geo Tracker and screaming like a bitch... until you almost go off of the cliff you cannot experience it. I still feel sick when i see this video.

How silly of us for taking the word of someone who actually had the balls to be there, and witness the speed, opposed to some armchair critic who's greatest achievement in life was getting a semi- hard on.
@molvi1988 well, it was a rush for the first 30 minutes or so, then you just kinda sit there miserable for the next 3 hours, wondering if you are going to die (which statistically speaking is not likely). Biking down was MUCH more enjoyable. If you want to go, go. Bolivia is easy to travel to and very worth the expense.

Yeah, they should have shown more of it but Jeremy's close call was definitely entertaining. You have to give them points because whereas Jonathan Ross gets his millions from insulting celebrities from his chair, they do some seriously dangerous stuff for our amusement.
trouble is that clarkson's bit on the edge with the white car was set up big time. Because they were driving up on the inside of the road on the other parts of the death road, but on clarksons close call he was on the outside. but however this bit was still great to watch and its a shame may and hammond didn't give it a go aswell.
