erm not my defenition of freerunnin'! its getting to places you cant get to unless you use an elevator or stair (usualy located 2 meters from the pace they do the trick but thats besides the point) its defenitly not staying on the same spot.

Freerunning is also a bit more "showoffy" in its moves, incorporating a lot of flips and superfluous moves. Parkour focuses on efficiency, so you won't see a traceur doing backflips over railings or randomly running up a wall, jumping off, and going the other direction.
