what string diameter is on your guitar? i used 0.41 mm(0.016 inch) for string number 3, and i feel pain in my fingers when i play this riff.

Nice lesson. I find it difficult to do the whole step bend. About muffling strings try using a slice of batting (from the inside of a comforter) of about 2 centimeters wide and 6 or 7 cms long put near the bridge. It sounds really cool.

Great lesson Ziras. Very tricky lick for me too. damned bend, and timing. On another topic however i have a question. When you record your solos, or play live. Do you use anything to muffle your strings. such as tieing a sock loosing to the top of the neck. How do you keep the noise down? Maybe i just suck, crappy pickups? Thanks a lot, your the man.
