The world is a BIG place. It'd be easy for a few H bombs to go off with no effect on our planet. If it happened in the Middle East, eg. as per the Israeli Defense Protocol, the rest of the world would be unaffected. IMHO a nuclear exchange is likely within the next 10years but it's a BIG planet + lowlevel radiation is nothing.
