The easy way to beat this is to go to the docks or whatever the docks were the car garage for upgrading is there is a little opening on the right go down it and sit in a corner and wait from the time between 10-30minutes you may have to run and go back if police go in there. It is the way i beat the game....VERY SIMPLE DOING IT THIS WAY
