I had my account locked so many times. All u have to do is log into the locked account yahoo's web services like ur email and u r done! u should be able to log in yahoo messenger again! U can do the same without the program just try to log in the victim account with a ramdon(WRONG) pswd and that's it just 3 times and u will lock down this account for 24hrs
