  • Hey when i cut my laptop off and on the screen returns to black with each changer i downloaded do u know how to permanently change the background please help this is a big deal to me.

  • My Laptop says "This image couldn't be used as a wallpaper. An internal error has occured." on EVERY image i try to use whether from internet or downloaded from a camera onto the computer. If the image is from the internet, it says "Access is denied." Please help!!

  • @MrDereon22 i have fix mine :) this is the steps i did:

    first on the control panel find the display [I dont remember where is it, but iknow it is in control panel]

    second check the "remove background" [ or something like that]

    third restart your laptop/pc

    and last go back to "remove background" then uncheck!

    then you will see ur background pic again!

    It gives me an error message saying some kind of file name and then it says "Could not be written.

    Please check permissions on this file and try again"

    I looked at the permissions, but it won't let me check "Allow" Please help :3

    Becuase in personalize it doesn't have change desktop background.

    Also I went searching around online and it said its not avilable to HPMini users, is that true? Please help.

  • @salamisniperstudios dude this videos is so hard so im going to show you the simple way go to internet explorer and type google.com and then type oceanis change background windows 7 and then your going to find the programs remember oceanis is the best to change your backgorund please subscribe if it works and send me a msg if not

  • wtf bah!! when i right-click at the picture, theres no "set as desktop background"... no matter where the picture is, in the folder or desktop, cant see any of the sign when i click it.. helppppppp....

  • @MrMADEINBORNEO Weird. I have Windows 7 32-bit on one computer and 64-bit on another computer. It works for me.

  • @ClearTechInfo thanx dude. im using windows 7 starter, and now i finally can resolve the problem.. windows 7 starter cant change desktop background unless using software which is more difficult, now i found the other way which is so damn easy, now i can easily rightclick and set desktop background as usual.... now im good.. thnx dude.

  • @vptennis77 There is another way to change the background image on your desktop. Use the free image manipulation program called, "FastStone Image Viewer". Do a Google Search for it. Then within it's features it will allow you to set almost any picture as your Windows 7 background.

    I created a FastStone Image Viewer tutorial in case you need it. It is within my Channel and named, "Beginners Guide to FastStone Image Viewer (Photo Viewer / Editor) "
