Sorry Billups, you're not on the elite level becuz you can't facilitate the ball and get your teammates involved. You're just a scorer, nothing more. the thing about CB is he is one of the best when it comes to managing a ball game. for two or three years he had the best assist/turnover ratio in the league. he brings leadership skills and is not afraid to take the big shot. he is very underrated, however most do put him in the best 5 point guards in the league. its all about W's and this is what he brings to denver....Detroit miss u buddy!
