Extraordinary interview, what an extraordinary guy. I saw him at the Rainbow in about 1971 and thought he had gone bonkers - thank goodness sanity regained.

Seen Roy quite a few times live over the years, love the sense of closeness and friendliness at his gigs. He's a great guy, and he's definitely still got it at 70......All the best Roy.

Thanks so much for posting this. Iplayer didn't keep it. He's not really live breakfast telly material is he! Love his old stuff to death!!! Seen him live a few times. Never likes to play his real old stuff, which is understandable, but I wish he would!!

I was watching a vid of Roy singing Me and my woman rec somewhere in Holland last year..I didn't know he was still performing, then I was talking to a friend about it and she said he was on telly this morning so I'm very pleased to have found this and thank you for posting. Always a pleasure to hear Roy and he can still sing, lovely stuff.
