originally they were at warehouse/illegal squats-a popular scene in the late 80's not just for house parties, norman jay ran quality warehouse parties way before Biology energy and sunrise did there parties. They moved to the outdoor locations because there was more space, but mostly because the warehouse parties had become so publicised. as the clip indicates the police were also using extreme measures! Down south though the warehouse scene was pretty much over by 90 though
it's just beautiful to see people dressed properly.
