  • Hmm, seems to me that when you bring your knees together to stop the straight punch, your very exposed to somebody passing your guard. Otherwise it seem like a few interesting ideas...

  • here come the "experts" chiming in. I love the peanut gallery.

  • @monoforraptunes I've actually made excellent use of it. And mostly against strong wrestlers. This is an excellent technique if you follow the instructional to the letter. Sometimes its hard to learn from YouTube, though.

  • dude its not that simple...u dont whant to be on ur back in MMA period...ether use half gaurd or wall walk to get back up...u think this stuff is effective but u try and use that against a strong wrestler in an actually MMA fight and he will pound u out all day long...

  • @monoforraptunes very few people will ever fight pro mma rules, against anyone except a very strong wrestler with mma experience this stuff works nearly all the time if practised enough. Most people are interested in self defense mostly, not the cage.

  • fag

  • go do that with fedor..

  • @santiagomma

    the bjj guard exposed fedor

  • This is Matt Thorton isn't it?

  • Thank you. Fantastic video. It would be great to learn more about this area of fighting. Does anyone have recommendations for additional SBG/MMA/street guard instructional videos on YouTube?
