I believe it is quite easy once you recognize you need to work on it and then go at it. The hard part is knowing something needs to be done I feel.

Don't agree that working on self esteem is easy. It needs a lot of consistent effort if you asl me? Any suggestions or tips? How do you boost your self esteem?

Well my first tip would to be to start with paying attention to your attitude and thoughts. It is exactly what you think it is like it or not this is true.  So think it is easy and it w is or think it is hard well then again you are correct. Choose the thoughts and words that empower YOU and those that don't change as quick as you can choose.

From experience mainly. Many years of low self esteem and depression followed by my recovery and rise to the position I am in now helping thousands of others along the same path I followed to success and beyond!

Oh yes I believe this will do very well as a published book too. However ebooks are great too since they save trees and such but many people still like a physical book in their hands.
