  • i saw these guys at Laneway in Brisbane and became instantly obsessed!! this song especially. its so mesmerizing

  • I love this so much.

  • that midi pick up on his guitar is the coolest fuckin thing i have ever seen

  • This makes me feel like such an untalented piece of shit :D

  • Maybe it's just me, but they seem to be taking a riff from Tears for Fears' "Start of the Breakdown."

  • A FINE example of how musicians can harness technology & make it work for them-

this is a pretty big sound for only 3 people ( instrumentalists, I mean) . It does look

kinda complicated, tho... but .. it works !!

  • WHAT? No Autotune? : )

  • @02R96 hahaha good joke

  • what Microphone you're using

you did a great job keep it up

  • shits CRAZY

  • Best 7 minutes of sex I ever had

  • Amazing!

  • What kind of drum sticks is he using on that electric kit?? I just use normal sticks on mine.. but wondering if i shouldn't now?

  • wait until the LATENCY MONSTER SHOWS UP AT THE SHOW

  • @nahneenkula I dunno what would cause enough latency to cause a problem since it's not going over any kind of large network... Would probably be more like hardware failure.

  • yes for ableton!

  • Geniales :3

  • now if the kids will get it. may prefer the studio version. loov tho

  • JON you are the man, and this music is awesome. keep it up.

  • kings of all girl-faced boys

  • MINDBLOWING

  • wow, this is great!! I would love to see them live!!

  • This is very good, complex, rocked my ears into a trance. I'd go see them.

  • marvelous! thank you!

  • this is fucking awesome

  • This is insanely awesome. like holy shit this just blew my mind

  • That's a very interesting set-up.

Can someone tell me what the point of having a MIDI guitar in this band is?

For example, do some songs require a normal guitar and others keyboard parts, and so this is a time and space saving solution for live perfomance (e.g. instead of having to take off the guitar and move over to a keyboard, the guitarist - or someone else - can switch between instruments in a fraction of a second)?

  • you guys are amazing
