Had something like that happen to me. The throttle stuck and I really couldn't get it to unstuck so I jumped off going REALLY fast. Didn't meet a tree, though, it actually flipped over and when we got to it had run out of gas.

I had totally forgotten about it until I saw this on AoTS. Was the guy alright?
