I was there in that crowd....to clear some things up. This was not a playback, she was actually singing this 11:40pm. I am still debating if she was lip singing. I do believe she was lip singing Louboutins, she sung the song 2 hrs before this performance and it sounded exactly like it. They also played the Studio Recording of the song sporadically throughout the night to get the crowd hyped for her performance, when she began to sing I couldn't tell the difference between Recording and her Live.

So you hear crystal clear perfect vocals, and then her out of breath at a different volume going "Over here!" in between lines live, and then the crystal clear cd vocals come back on. It's lip syncing, no question. That's not a big deal, it's raining, she's dancing, whatever, but anyone with ears can hear the drastic change of quality when the song is playing and when she talks to the crowd.
