@grievousrocks People are slow because they don't know what happens in the game, OR Maybe they haven't played it yet....I played the first Metroid Prime in 2003, I was 8. I don't remember shit from then, didn't progress after obtaining the boost ball, didn't know how, I have to play the game now at 16, more of I can finally play it. and Echoes, watch a little bit of this Walkthrough to get me started then my long awaited game begins.

@AkatsukiZetsu100 from what i understand, after Metroid Prime was defeated it absorbed Samus's Phazon Suit to survive and that turned it into Dark Samus. I'm guessing her weapons and upgrades went with the Phazon Suit and are now a part of Dark Saums

I'm not trying to be a total buzz-kill here, but many people on wiki think that after each mission, Samus is debriefed and relived of any "procured" weapons. All of here defualt equipment stays such as the Power beam, Vuria Suit, Morphball, Missles, Charge Beam ect.

This is actually my favourite metroid game. It is very dark and atmospheric and that shit but it's also the most scariest fucking game ever because it is so damned hard and you don't get to save very often and you are always afraid to die. Every time I play this (and I always play on the hardest mode because everything else is sissy), My heart is beating like a fucking bongo drum. Shit this game is awesome. I believe Other M to be harder though. I can't wait.

No, to get 100% and get the ending you only need all items. If you want to get 100% scans, go ahead and do it, but you wont get a reward. The only reward for 100% scan is a small midgame pause saying, "100% of all scans collected!" You might get an art gallery, but thats it. Just go to google for pictures
